The forearm, or antebrachium, is the region of the upper limb between the elbow and the wrist, formed by two long bones - the radius (laterally) and the ulna (medially). These bones are connected by the interosseous membrane, which helps maintain the alignment of the forearm and provides a surface for muscle attachment.
