Anatomy.app helped me remember names and understand spatial relationships. Each lesson goes through a specific region. I started with pretty much 0 anatomy background while other people in my group were strong. It helped considerably – got a good grade on my exam!

My university got us a subscription for anatomy.app. Most of us in my year are using it. Really beats looking at old preparations in jars. The 3D models are beautiful.
