The medial cerebral surface presents the following sulci and gyri:

Callosal sulcus - wraps around the corpus callosum;
Cingulate sulcus - long groove above the callosal sulcus;
Subparietal sulcus - continuation of the posterior end of the cingulate sulcus;
Parietooccipital sulcus - located on the border between the parietal lobe and occipital lobe;
Calcarine sulcus - separates at a narrow angle from the parietooccipital sulcus and goes in the posterior direction;
Hippocampal sulcus - continuation of the callosal sulcus on the inferior surface of the brain;
Cingular gyrus - between the cingulate sulcus and callosal sulcus;
Dentate gyrus - deep to the hippocampal sulcus.

And the following can be found on the inferior surface of the cerebrum:

Collateral sulcus - located on the inferior surface parallel to the hippocampal sulcus;
Occipitotemporal sulcus - goes parallel to the previous sulcus;
Fusiform gyrus - between the collateral sulcus and occipitotemporal sulcus;
Parahippocampal gyrus - between the hippocampal sulcus and collateral sulcus;
Straight gyrus (gyrus rectus) - between the longitudinal cerebral fissure and olfactory sulcus.
