Second mandibular premolar (ridges)

The second mandibular premolar presents with the following ridges: mesiobuccal cusp ridge, distobuccal cusp ridge, buccal triangular ridge, mesiolingual and distolingual triangular ridges (if three cusps are present) or lingual triangular ridge (if two cusps are present), mesial marginal ridge, and distal marginal ridge.
