Content of submandibular neck triangle

The submandibular triangle contains the following structures: submandibular gland, lower pole of the parotid gland, lymph nodes, facial artery, submental artery, lingual artery, facial vein, submental vein, lingual vein, marginal mandibular branch of the facial nerve (CN VII), mylohyoid nerve, hypoglossal nerve (CN XII).
